The autoshowsonline.com team recently picked up a BMW E70 X5. As most BMW enthusiasts experience, we could not stand the horrible yellow rings surrounding the HIDs headlights. The fix is to upgrade the ring halogen bulbs to LEDs.
If you’re looking to upgrade your Angel Eyes to LEDs, the LUX H8 160s are the lights for you. They remove the dull yellow rings in the headlights and are extremely bright. We paired ours with some LED turn signals to match the front perfectly.
Installation was simple and took approximately 10 min. Simply open the cap behind the headlight, twist the bulb and unplug. Twist in the LED bulb, plug them in and your all set. Detailed instructions are available on the LUX Angel Eye site.
