VENDOR VEHICLE:
Every vendor booth comes with two parking spots for show cars. Please bring only the number cars agreed on specifically for your booth. If you would like more cars feel free to contact us. Accommodations for additional spots will not be possible due to limited space based on reservations. No work vehicles please.
MUSIC NOISE:
You are welcomed to play music BUT PLEASE be courteous of your neighbors. Burnouts Revving honking of vehicle or air horns are not permitted. Any vehicle found in violation will be escorted off the premises; no refunds.
DRESS CODE:
Models are expected to be in attire that is in good taste and appropriate for every age group. Please Keep It Classy!
WEATHER:
This is a rain or shine event.
FOOD BEVERAGES:
Food trucks will be available at your convenience. Alcohol drugs and glass containers are not allowed on this event. Please remember that this is an automotive lifestyle inspired event and we do not condone any driving under the influence.
STAFF:
We will have staff available throughout the event. If you have any questions concerns or requests please look for our staff. We will be wearing shirts with the title STAFF on them.
ZERO TOLERANCE:
The use of illegal drugs or substances is not permitted. Anyone using illegal substance will be subject to removal for the remainder of the event. No dogs or pets allowed.
